DAD's Chili Mix
Texas Red Chili is one of America's beloved dishes. Now, this “Award Winning Chili” can be prepared in a quick, trouble-free way, with the aroma and taste of an "old fashion" bowl of red chili.
The years of cooking competitive chili and the search for the precise balance, has helped me to produce the authentic homemade goodness of Chili. The seasoning contains only the best - the finest quality chile peppers and the purest of all other spices. Of all the chili’s on the market, I don't believe you will be disappointed when you taste my Texas Red Chili.
Each box makes 8 pounds of chili and comes in mild only. Cayenne pepper can be added for more heat.
DAD’s Super Bowl Dip
- Prepare 1 pound of DAD’s Chili Mix
- Add 2 pounds of Velveeta Cheese (broken up)
- 1 ½ cans of Rotel
- 1 Fresh Jalapeno, seeded chopped finely
- 4 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Serve with Frito’s
