We will not rent or sell your information. We do use your information to contact you about products you have purchased or may be interested in. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in an unreadable, encrypted format at all times. This Web site and more importantly all user information, is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.
- Shipping & Delivery
Some products ship directly from the Manufacturer. Please allow 2 days for the manufacturer to process your order. The 1-5 ground shipping duration is in addition to the manufacturer processing time.
The cost for shipping and handling is based upon total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping and handling charge for an order.

At this time, Ladles To Linens ships merchandise to locations within the 48 continental United States. We process and ship orders Monday thru Saturday. Most orders (mostly small and light orders) ship USPS Mail, so make sure your shipping address can also receive mail from the US Postal Service. This shipment method is determined automatically when you check-out and is based on total order amount. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All orders must contain a domestic physical shipping address. Some orders ship via UPS or FedEx, so we need a physical address to ship to (UPS and FedEx can't deliver to a PO Box).
Shipping methods for backordered items
If items are temporarily out-of-stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. You will have the choice to keep the order as placed, adjust it to exclude the backordered item or cancel the order. The total shipping and handling charges will be appropriately adjusted and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
Shipping Perishable items (Hickory Smoked Meats)
Our products are individually vacuum packed and quick frozen. All meats are shipped in a reusable insulated cooler, packed with a freezer pack, you can use again and again. The insulated cooler is then put into a holiday gift box for further insulation and protection. We are very proud of our new foam packaging and know the recipient of each gift will be delighted with the quality and care given to each and every gift selection.
All orders are shipped via FedEx the day after the order is recieved.
Because our products are perishable food items, their condition upon arrival is of the utmost concern to us. To assure quality satisfaction, we now ship all orders via Federal Express in insulated coolers. We are not responsible or liable for perishable food shipments when the customer is not available to receive the package, or for delays related to the weather. Please note, 2nd day air delivery orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays only.
Hospital Deliveries (Gift Baskets)
Due to mailroom delays and unexpected early patient discharges, we do not encourage shipping gift baskets to hospitals. It is usually better for all involved to ship get well gifts or new baby baskets to the patient's home address where they can enjoy it in the comfort of their own home.
Ladles To Linens at this time does not ship internationally.
- Sales Tax
Sales tax is only added to orders shipped within the state of Texas. Our local sales tax rate is 8.25%.

Returns For Perishable items (Hickory Smoked Meats)
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If there is an error made on our part, we will be more than happy to make it right for you!
- Return Policy
If an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately. After return of item to us, we will ship a replacement of that item, if available, or refund the purchase price of the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances.
All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip to be eligible for credit. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
